Using the Longitudinal Employment Household Dynamics (LEHD) data provided by census, Harvard University PhD student Robert Manduca created a web-based mapping application of all the employment locations in the U.S. The website allows the user to visualize the location of employment including job categories. I found this map to be both insightful and revealing to the employment patterns in my community. I hope you find it as interesting as I did.
